This Pre-Order Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products offered by COLOURS Uniforms (“COLOURS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) during the August 2025 pre-order window. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below in addition to our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].

1. Pre-Order Window & Estimated Shipping

Pre-orders are accepted only during the designated August 2025 window.

Items purchased in this period are scheduled to ship between late October and December 2025.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, logistics, or other factors outside our control. We will notify customers if a material delay occurs.

2. Payment

Full payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order.

Your payment secures your reservation for the specified products but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation and a full refund prior to shipment.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@WearCOLOURS.com with your order number and contact information.

Once your order has shipped, it becomes subject to our standard Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Changes to Orders

Quantities, sizes, or other order details may be modified only if requested in writing and confirmed by COLOURS prior to shipment. We cannot guarantee availability of alternate sizes or styles.

5. Limitation of Liability

COLOURS is not liable for delays in fulfillment or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
