How do I purchase new uniform pieces?

Your school has partnered with COLOURS Uniforms as the official provider of school uniforms. Once you receive your school’s Uniform Shop password, visit www.WearCOLOURS.com/shop to access your school’s collection, organized by grade level.

How do I  receive the password to enter our school's shop? 

Your school will provide the password to you.

When can I start ordering uniforms for the 2025/2026 academic year?

Uniform ordering will open between July 22 and July 30, 2025. Your school will confirm the exact launch date and provide the password needed to log in.

What is the seasonal drop schedule?

Uniforms are released in two seasonal drops:

  • Fall Drop: Includes all core items needed for the start of the school year.
  • Winter Drop: Features cold-weather pieces such as outerwear and layering options, timed to arrive later in the season.

This phased approach helps families avoid over-ordering and better plan for seasonal needs.

What sizes do you offer?

COLOURS Uniforms provides an inclusive size range designed to fit students from grades K-12. Sizes are standardized across all categories, so once you find your size, it should remain consistent across garments.

What’s the difference between Girls sizing and Teen sizing?

Girls sizing is similar to youth sizing and is generally tied to age. For example, a Girls Large (L) is designed to fit an average 10–12-year-old. These sizes are ideal for younger students and follow a more traditional children’s size scale.

Teen sizing, on the other hand, is closer to women's sizing in terms of fit and proportions. If your child typically wears junior or women’s sizes, Teen sizing may be more appropriate.

How do I know what size to order?

Can I try on uniforms before ordering?

At this time, try-ons are not available. However, detailed sizing guidance and free exchanges help ensure your student finds the right fit.

Will all items remain in stock throughout the year?

We forecast demand to keep all core uniform styles in stock. While some novelty or limited-edition items may sell out, inventory is regularly replenished. If an item is unavailable, email us at info@wearcolours.com and we'll be happy to assist.

What is the shipping turnaround time?

Orders are fulfilled from our distribution center in Downtown Los Angeles. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and tracking information is provided once the order is on its way.

Where are your uniforms made?

COLOURS partners with ethical, high-quality manufacturers both domestically and internationally to produce garments using modern fabrics built for performance, durability, and comfort.

Is COLOURS Uniforms affiliated with my school?

COLOURS operates independently, but we work closely with partner schools to provide official uniforms that reflect each school's standards and identity.

Can I purchase COLOURS uniforms elsewhere?

No. All official uniforms must be purchased through your school's designated COLOURS Uniform Shop to ensure consistency in quality, color, and compliance.

ORDER PROTECTION

COLOURS Uniforms provides the option for our customers to purchase order protection on all orders during the checkout process. 

What is Order Protection?

OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.

How do I purchase Order Protection?

In your cart, there is a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Turn on Order Protection to purchase protection for your order! If you have protection turned on, you will see it appear as a line item during checkout.

How do I file a claim with Order Protection?

Click here to file a claim. Please note that you’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased Order Protection when placing your order.What does Order Protection cover?

OrderProtection.com covers your order for loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items.

How much does Order Protection cost?

Order Protection can cost up to 3% of the value of your order.

How long does it take for my claim to get resolved?

You’ll typically get a response within an hour, and most claims are resolved that same day. OrderProtection.com has 24/7 support staff so you can expect responses and communication around the clock.

I didn’t add Order Protection to my order, but I need to make a claim.

How long do I have to make a claim?

You can submit a claim 45 days from the fulfillment date depending on the claim type.
