IT’S TIME
TO MODERNIZE
SCHOOL UNIFORMS

COLOURS is transforming the $4+ billion school uniform industry, much like FIGS did for healthcare apparel. We’re redefining school uniforms with a focus on fit, fabric, and style—directly addressing the needs of students who want more functional, fashionable options.

We believe that what students wear significantly impacts how they feel and perform. By providing uniforms that combine comfort, durability, function, and style, COLOURS aims to elevate student performance in both small and unexpected ways. Imagine the ripple effect of enhancing the confidence and unity of the next generation—helping them achieve more in the classroom and beyond.

Leylie Aghili

Founder CEO

Leylie Aghili, CEO of COLOURS Uniforms, is a seasoned entrepreneur and fashion industry expert dedicated to revolutionizing the school uniform market. A Los Angeles native, she operated a multi-million dollar women’s clothing boutique for over a decade, excelling in buying, merchandising, and sales, and designing a celebrity-favored line of women’s shirting sold through her store and e-commerce site. Her journey began at the Archer School for Girls, where dissatisfaction with school uniforms inspired a lifelong passion for fit and fabric. Leylie’s collaboration with Archer in 2023 sparked the idea for COLOURS Uniforms, which she envisions as the “FIGS” of school uniforms. With her deep industry expertise, proven business acumen, and ability to navigate niche markets, Leylie is uniquely positioned to lead COLOURS Uniforms into a transformative era in the school uniform industry.
